You will do some heel touches to get started and warm up your core with this dynamic exercise.
Just like in my latest tease, I will be keeping the two levels of difficulty throughout my training program.
You will either do 4 sets of 20 heel touches (you have to touch both heels to count as 1 repetition) or 4 sets of 50 heel touches.
Rest 30 seconds between each set.
Remember : Breathe steadily during the exercise even though your abs contracting may make it difficult at first.
If the candle is extinguished, you will light it again and pour some hot wax on your genitals before you continue the exercise.
