Fold up the paper into an envelope, then place 10$ in the envelope with your confession.
On the outside of the envelope write...
"Herein contains 10$ and a document. By opening this envelope, you are contractually agreeing not to reveal or release, to a third party the document herein. Publication,distribution or replication of this document may result in legal ramifications. None other, than the seal breaker of this envelope, is entitled to the document contained."
Now, you must drop this confession somewhere in a public place.
I suggest, going to a mall or department store and dropping it in the women's clothing section. Maybe in a restaurant?
Somewhere that it is surely going to be picked up and read.
Maybe stuff it into a random persons mailbox? I don't know, it's ultimately up to you.
