Imagine your cock is the trumpet. That shouldn't be so difficult.
1. Always stoke with the trumpet. 12, 12, 123, 12 (sometimes 12, 12, 12, 12).
2. From 1:03 to 1:18 slap your balls with the beat, as indicated by the girls hitting the large drums. When they switch to smaller drums and drumsticks (1:18), switch to flicking them in double time.
3. Edge at 1:33 and 1:53 (when the two cymbals or whatever are hit together). You get some time off stroking after those, because the trumpet is silent.
4. After 1:53 follow the strange trumpet pattern exactly
5. 2:12 to 2:17: Clap your balls
6. Follow the trumpet as usual.
7. Third and final edge at 2:57 (again, with the cymbals).
