1. Always stroke with the beat (continously, ca 2 times a second)
2. With the e-guitar (1:25): Squeeze your balls with the guitar (1, 12, 1, 12)
3. Edge at 2:08 and stop stroking
4. Squeeze your balls with the e-guitar beat, when it returns (2:22 until 3:05)
5. Resume stroking when the song picks up again (2:36)
6. After 3:05, stop squeezing your balls and instead press your PC muscle everytime she says "Jerk it", while continuing to stroke til the end.
