Now, undo the bands around your balls. Let them dangle free.

Your balls can take a pressure of next to 60 psi before rupturing. That's next to impossible to impose by your own hands.

With that being said, slap your balls.

Did you reel back in a sharp jolt of pain? Did that hurt? Good, now pull those balls as tight as they can be in their little scrotum.

Slap them as hard as you can. Don't hold back, don't be a little bitch, let them have it.

That wasn't hard enough. You are expected to push your limits here at CBTU, and this is how you will do them.

That should show you that your balls didn't rupture, you are okay to give them 50 more hard slaps. Do not give yourself a break. Start slapping in a merciless, repetitive, unrelenting fashion.

When you are done, you may collapse. Don't cup your balls, just let that pain sink in.
