For the next exercise, you will do burpees, a special kind of burpees.
The mechanic is simple. Step by step, what you do is :
1- Crouch like shown here
2- Expand in push ups position
3- Do a push up
4- When you are down, lick your puddle
5- Get back to crouching position
6- Stand up and jump, arms in the air
7- Repeat
You will either do 50 in a row, or 100.
You WILL expand your legs as far back as you can. That's what makes it tough and gives better results.
You WILL lick AS MUCH of the puddle as you can on every repetition. It's full of proteins. Don't waste this! ;)
You will NOT take a break during this exercise. You can slow down, however.
Remember : If your clothespins fall, you will spit in your puddle once. And keep going with your burpees.
