Lunges! They are perfect for attaining a firmer butt and lose weight. And Miss Cecilia LOVES tight butts!

You will either do do 4 sets of 10 lunges or of 25 lunges.
Rest 45 seconds between each set.

You will NOT bend your back. It can actually be dangerous.
You will NOT bring back your feet too quickly. That's why the weight is there. Take your time and go one repetition at a time.
You WILL bend your front leg until your weight (bottle or clamps) touches the floor or AT LEAST until you hit a 90 degree angle.

Remember : If your clothespins, clams or water bottle fall off. You will restart your current set.

Once the exercise is done you can advance to your reward/punishment!
