In preparation for the next exercise, I want you sissies to tie the water bottle to your shoelace or string and then to your balls in a similar fashion as the image shown here.

Ladies, if you have weighted clamps, you will put one on each side of your outer vagina lips.
If you do not, you will put one clothespin on each outer lip and two on your tongue.

Once you're all geared up, stand straight and move on to the next exercise.
