Make sure you are entirely naked, then stand in front of your chair. Good.
You will do 4 sets of 10 squats.
Rest 30 seconds between every set.
You may NOT touch the chair and try to bounce off it to make it easier.
You may NOT help your thighs with your hands as you stand up.
