You'll need a full day alone at home, let's say at least 6 hours if you live with someone. This will be the “day X”
This game starts ten days before.
You will need a couple of hours by yourself also on day -10, -7, -3, -2,
and to spend the day outside from your house from the morning to the late afternoon on the day -5 (it can be for example for lesson or work,or maybe a day spent in the park).
If you can't do the teases exactly on those days, try at least to respect the order.
It is better if you read it day by day, as the first thing in the morning.
If you want, you can already start with day -10.
