"You desided to stay? Good. Before we start however. I need you to get me a few things. I want you to go into the dressingroom and get me a length of rope. a long shoelace or two will do fine and get me a fresh pair of glove with a bottle of water."
You turn to walk to the dressingroom as she wistles at you.
"While you are there, leave your clothing over there. All of it, and hury up will you"
(if you have a boxingglove get it now, otherwise use a shirt, a towl or soem other cloth to wrap around your fist. Make sure the length of rope is long enough, it needs to be able to run from your balls to your feet)
