It's true that I've grown disillusioned with Imperial society, and the direction in which they're taking the war effort. I'm not sure that placing men on a pedestal makes us any better than the Confederates who place women on a pedestal. And if this battle between us and the Moderates is going to continue then my force may be weakened in strength such that we would not be able to repulse a Confederate landing party, which is our primary mission.
I accept your suggestion, Slave. We shall bear a white flag to the Moderate camp and seek terms of peace and unification. I do not know if this is the right thing to do, but it surely is not the most wrong. I hope that your Mistress will see fit to give you a reward for your actions on this day.
