Okay slave, now follow my instructions very carefully. Back as far away from anything that could be damaged as possible, and place the weight in front of you. Put it as far away from you as possible, so that the rope is taut or close to it.
Then run up to it and kick it as far away from you as possible. Kick it as hard as you can, and watch it fly until the rope goes taut and pulls on your balls.
Do this 5 times, until you get the hang of it. And remember, I want you to kick it REALLY hard, so that it doesn't hit the ground or any other object before the rope goes taut.
