You need to let your balls hang from the panties in a rather unladylike fashion. Just let them flop out the side of the underwear. Then tie a rope around them.
It's very important to get the length of rope right. The rope needs to be smaller than the room you're in by a fair distance, but long enough to touch the ground with at least a foot to spare.
If you find the tasks too difficult or too easy, then feel free to adjust and start again.
