Use your thumb to push the head of your cock downwards towards the floor. Keep going till you start to feel the strain. Get to a point where it feels like you can't go much further. You should be able to feel that tendon at the base of your cock pulling.
Hold it in that position for a second, now push it down just a little big more, feel that stretch!... and let go!
