Take whatever you're still wearing and make a pillow out of it. If you've got a jacket or something, as well as a shirt, you might like to spread it out on the ground. You can lie on it if you like, if the ground is a little uncomfortable.
Now I want you to lie down on your back, with a view of the path if possible. Spread your legs a little...
You can raise your knees if it makes you more comfortable.
