Good.
Now, the most important thing to remember is that less than 10% of communication is in the actual words. Most of the message is in your tone of voice, body language, and facial expressions.
When giving a command, use your most authoritative voice. Just like you would discipline a dog for urinating on the carpet.
Whatever you do, don't smile or laugh (unless it is an evil smile and an evil laugh!) This is a fantasy for him. The more convincing you are, the more you will get from him.
In the next series of slides, I will give you the words to use, and a model will show you the body language to emulate, but it will be up to you to provide the authoritative voice.
