Because I'm so nice though, brother, you only have to do 1 hour of cycling on Wednesdays and you get weekends doing nothing but serving me. Any time between exercises will be spent serving me, understood? Good"

"Get used to that, you're gonna get a lot of them. As for diet, here's your new plan:

Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg with 1 piece if wholemeal toast (No butter).
Brunch - 1 ham sandwich (Two slices of wholemeal, no butter, with 2 slices of ham)
Lunch - 100g turkey or chicken salad with 100g of tuna pasta.
Dinner - 100g fish OR meat with 100g baked beans OR tuna.
Supper - 400g of of either apples, kiwis or pears (1 apple/pear or two kiwis is 80g)

Just give it time, that fat will just flow off you..."
