An Instructional Tease: Advanced Anal: Extended Wear
Each of the following tasks should be done on a different day. If you find yourself being too uncomfortable on a given day, take out the plug, but redo that day until you can complete the challenge. Even trying and failing is still practice. Try to push yourself, but don't ruin the experience if it's too uncomfortable!
Today, I want you to put in your butt plug, then spend 1 hour doing something sedentary: read, watch TV, play video games, knit, whatever. You can put on clothes again if you wish. I'm going to stay mostly naked.
