An Instructional Tease: Advanced Anal: Extended Wear
Today, I want you to wear the plug for 4 hours. It may be a challenge, but I believe in you. If you can't, keep trying every day until you hit 4 hours.
The next day, I want you to see if you can wear it for over 8 hours. You may need to work up to it if you're really not that comfortable with it yet, but I think it's better to aim high. If you work a job with 8+ hour shifts, I want you to wear the plug to work, like I do under my fancy dresses, for your entire shift. If you are a student, I want you to wear it during all your classes. Bring a plastic baggy in case you can't keep it in that long. You can only remove it to relube occasionally and to poop.
Remember, the key is to keep doing it every day you can! If you don't make it the full time, or want to build up to it, keep trying!
