Now that you've calmed down a bit, you can remove your plug and relax.
Was it a bit easier to remove? If you wear a plug for a long time, you should be aware and relube it throughout the day. You can experiment with how long you feel comfortable going without relubing, but you could probably spend at least 2 or 3 hours before it will be too uncomfortable.
