Something you need to know about HRT is that it WILL affect your penis and testicles. Over time, your penis will shrink and MAY lose the ability to get or maintain an erection. One thing that is CERTAIN to happen is it will chemically castrate you. That is, you will no longer ever have the ability to get a woman pregnant.
Think long and hard about this before you act. If you don't care about your penis or the possibility to have children some day, then it won't matter to you. If you do care, you might want to skip it. You can always go with cosmetic surgery to get the body shape you want. It's much more expensive but it will leave your naughty bits as they are.
