Room for Rent, Part 2
I'll just go over it with you real quick... I'm sure you know all the basics... we split the rent and expenses three ways, blah, blah... let's just skip to the rules section.
"Subtenant" -- that's you! -- "agrees to wear a chastity device at all times. This device shall not be removed for the entire duration of the lease."
"Mistress Jessica and Mistress Melanie" -- that's me! -- "will each retain a key to the subtenant's chastity device in a secure location. The subtenant will not have any access to these keys."
"Subtenant will be responsible for all housework in the common areas of the house. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are to be kept in immaculate condition at all times. Subtenant will be subject to disciplinary action if the Mistresses are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house."
"Subtenant will prepare an evening meal every day. Menu selections will be based on the preferences of the Mistresses of the house."
