Once you know he's not going anywhere say this outloud to your husband:
"Honey, tonight is all about me. I make the rules and you follow them. Got it?"
(slap him hard on the ass with the wooden spoon to get his attention).
"everytime you disobey me I will take a humiliating picture of you. and you may never know where it ends up! But since I know you won't disobey we won't have to worry about that will we?
(if he starts to whine about this blackmail technique, grab your camera and take a picture - make sure he can hear the sound of the camera to know you're not joking - remember you don't actually need to photograph him you just need him to think you did)
If he continues to complain spank him with the spoon until he begs you to stop and promises to do whatever you say!
