First, lube up both hands. Get them nice and slippery. Now position your favorite stroking hand backwards on your dick.
Hopefully your dick isn't too small for this. If you're doing it right, your thumb should be on the underside of your dick and the top of your hand should be facing you.
It's basically the opposite of how you would normally jerk it.
