Measure out a length of 50m for me. It can be approximate, but make sure you're not off by much. You'll probably have to do laps of a much shorter distance, and if this is the case then approximate how many laps you'll have to do to make 50m.
Now tie your balls to your ankles as in the past - by tying your ankles together first. Measure the length of rope between your ankles and your balls and then time yourself crawling the 50m.
Write down both the length of rope and the time it took to make the distance.
