Put a peg on each of your nipples. Make sure it's placed there solidly.
Now put on your bra. If you can, find something to stuff it with. Do not dislodge the pegs.
Once you've done that I want you to tie a rope around your neck like a collar. Don't make it so tight that you might pass out, but make it tight enough that it feels like a collar.
