Do not generate a number for D untill after you have completed A,B and C.
If you draw A7. You are to use a length of lace or rope and attach 1 end to the leash. Let the leash hang down over your chest. Then take the lace and pull it down past your balls, through your legs, over your ass crack (tight) and tie it your collar.
As this is the mid level pain caption there are a couple extra rules. If you generate the same number twice you must complete 2 actions from each of the two categories those numbers correspond 2. Which means generate 2 more numbers.
If you roll a triple then you must complete all A and B tasks unless they contridict each other. For example there would be no reason to complete A10 or B10.
