EXERCISE 6: THE BIG DRAW
Stand up. Get to the edge. squeeze PC muscle (cock muscle) firmly around prostate gland. clamp toes down to the floor. Inhale and imagine energy moving away from perineum to the anus/spine and squeeze your buttocks. Then contract muscles in waves from anus up your spine, while taking short breath each time. Rocking spine back and forth and bobbing head as if youre riding a horse will help. Then tuck your head down and roll eyes up into head. When youve pumped energy into your head you've done a big draw! if your erection goes down, that means youve done it right. Repeat 3-6 times.
