Your panty replacement is a three-step process.
1. Choose one pair of panties from your "bottom drawer" and throw them out.
2. Find the least-sexy of your "top drawer" panties, and move it to your bottom drawer. Remember that after this is done, every pair of panties in your top drawer must be sexier than every pair of panties in your bottom drawer.
3. Buy 1 new pair of top drawer panties. These new panties have to be sexier than every pair of panties in your bottom drawer - including the pair that got moved during step 2.
