DAY 2.
Your second rule is also very simple:
From now on you are not allowed to wear any clothing in bed. From the moment you strip and lay in bed, to the moment you put your right foot on the ground in the morning, you are to be naked. If you, by any chance, get off the bed in the middle of the night, you are not allowed to put anything on. You are to be NAKED.
Remember: you already have 2 rules to live by.
PS.
Only when you complete Day 1 and Day 2 you are allowed to look into Day 3. On Day 3 there will be a Task to complete. On Day 4 there will be another Task, hence I want you to cancel all plans for the Day 4 (if you have work/school etc take one day off/call sick. The task requires full attention and dedication to complete).
