It should look like you have tied yourself up hard in the picture.
But if you did that, it would be impossible to get loose (if single playing).
Don't do that!
Just make it look like you are tied in the camera's point of view and use pieces of rope visible to the camera with tape not visible, that you can easily break by using the slightest force.
