I recommend trying to make a couple of more wagers with other tasks as prizes or punishments, just to conceal your true intent in all of this.
Then go out and buy the sexiest female costume you can find. Heels, thigh highs, a corset with some rubber insert breasts. Put on that skirt and pull out that razor.
Go to the mall and get some make up done before the big night... you've got the perfect excuse now, right?
Just walk up to a girl at the make up counter and tell her you've lost a bet, you have to dress up like a girl for Halloween, and if you have to dress up as a woman, you want to do a good job of it! Get her to give you a little tutorial on make up application and try some different styles on you.
When you walk out of the house on Halloween night, I want you to look like you just walked off set at a glamour photoshoot.
