A new beginning semester 1 day 0 - the night before
On sunday night all slaves should sit down and plan their day for monday.
The day must include
1. Wake up time
2. 1 and a half hours exercise
3. Time to ensure the slave is properly presented as per rule 3
4. Time for meals
5. Time to clean
6. All activities that are necessary to complete that day
7. 1 hour of study
8. A bedtime
9. Time to keep a journal entry as per rule 10
Slaves should also plan outfits and ensure they are suitable
Further slaves should sit down and plan their meals for the week (this can be done earlier if needed) and ensure all ingredients needed are in or obtained ready
Slaves should be strict with themsleves, for this tease to work you need to be harder than you may usually be on yourself, but it should be reasonable.
Failures to stick to any of this plan need to be noted on monday and reported. That way punish,ens can be given or prepared.
