rule 10- lines and writing tasks
rule 11 - wearing of collar at all times, removal of cloting privliages when not alone
rule 12 - gagging
rule 13 - removal of no water drinking privlages, consuing of piss and semen
general misbehaviour will be subjected to pain in various kinds as punishment
