Is your stomach getting flat and tanned? I bet it was hairy and flabby before we met, huh? Don't you feel so much better now?

Most tanning salons have stickers available at the counter for you to put on and get a sassy little tan line. Pick the girliest one of these you can; the playboy bunny, a heart, and "Hot Stuff" are popular ones. You're to put this either on your hip right above your panty line, or on your inner thigh right below your panty line. Where it every trip until you start to see the pale skin under it, then start wearing it every other trip so it doesn't get too bright.

Are you enjoying your exercises? I want you to increase your reps to 20 each, and I'm going to teach you a new one:

-Leg Push: Lay on your back. Bring your knees into your chest (like me), then push them straight into the air, lifting your butt and lower back off the ground, but leaving your shoulders planted. Now, bring your legs back to your chest, then straighten them out onto the ground.

I want you to add ten leg lifts to your exercise regime from now on.
