rule 1-gradual removal of lie ins granted that week
rule 2- extended periods of more intense exercise, with further punishment for failure
rule 3- less time to shower, cold sowers, removal of privlages such as nail polish, make up, hair styling equipment, and items of clothing
rule 4- deterioaration of uality of food allowed
rule 5- humiliation during cleaning, hands and knees, bondage, use of mouth to clean toilet/floors etc
rule 6-gradual removal of activities for pleasure
rule 7- as above but replacd with study and teasing, bondage, and other things used to keep attention on work
rule 8- earlier bedtimes, removal of comforts, teasing, bondage etc
rule 9- teasing, chastity removal of orgasm privliages
rule 10 - removal of attention from their master, limit on texts/emails etc
rule 11- lines and writing tasks
rule 12 - wearing of collar at all times, removal of cloting privliages when not alone
rule 13 - gagging
rule 14 - removal of no water drinking privlages, consuing of piss and semen
rule 15 - at her masters discresion
general misbehaviour will be subjected to pain in various kinds as punishment
