Week 1-
It's yoga time!
Put on your workout shorts and tanktop and try your best to get into the two positions I've shown here:
The Plow: Lay on your back, then lift your legs straight in the air. Bend at the waist, and try to bring your legs back so your toes touch the floor behind your head. Stop if it hurts or becomes uncomfortable, and only do what you feel you can.
The Happy Baby: Lay on your back, bend your knees, and bring your legs back, then grab your feet with your hands. If possible, try to bring your feet to the floor, but again, don't overdo it.
Hold these as long as you can. As you do these every day, you'll find yourself becoming more and more flexible and it will get much easier.
You also need to keep track of what you eat this week. Everything from meals to tic-tacs needs to be logged.
