If you bought a skirt and top separately, then you must wear the top under your shirt and over your bra, and skirt under your pants. If not, you are to wear your dress under your clothes and pulled down so it is covering your crotch. You may wear pants if you can.
Now go in the shoe store (from wherever you changed from), and pick out a pair of high heels! The higher the heel the better!
