Now it gets a bit harder, you ready?

1. Edge twice, with a minute's rest between.
2. Stroke as fast as you can for 40 seconds
3. Stroke to the edge, then slap your balls 5 times.
4. Rest your balls in the bowl of ice water for 30 seconds. If it doesn't hurt, do it again for a full minute.
5. Flick your left ball 5 times, hard.
6. Flick your right ball 5 times, hard.

After you have completed your task, you may continue.
