Take your age, divide it by 2, and multiply it by whatever number you roll.
That's how many times you're going to punch yourself in the balls.
Grab your balls in your weak hand, and pull them up so that you're looking at the bottom of them. Don't detach the weight, I want it to pull them taught so you really feel the punches.
Don't be a wuss, hit them as hard as I would. That means really, really hard.
