Set the weight on a table or desk level with your waist, then start stroking double speed. When you get to the edge, hold it for 10 seconds. As soon as those 10 seconds have passed, take a step back so that the weight falls.
If you didn't make a noise at least loud enough to wake someone up from across the street, slap your balls 10 times, then continue.
