I bet you're balls are really sore now, huh? Well it's about to get a lot worse.
Remove the weight and untie the string. But keep them handy, you'll need them again soon.
Time to put the rubber bands on again, same as before. One around both balls, and then one for each individual nut. Slap them around a bit to make sure the bands are tight enough.
Still have the ice water? Put it on the ground between your knees, replace the ice cubes if necessary.
Straddle the bowl and lower yourself until your balls are all the way in the water, if they retract, use your hand to force them down into the bowl.
