Get on your knees just like this, make sure you still have your string from earlier. Were you wondering what it was for? You're about to find out.
Tie the string around your balls, make sure it's tight enough to push them away from your body, but don't make it too tight. You'll need them later. Leave enough string so that it can almost touch the floor when you're standing up. Yes, you may stand up to test this, but then back on your knees.
Now that the string is secure, tie the other end around a small weight. It should hang just a tiny bit above the ground while you're kneeling.
Now lift the weight up to the same height as your belly button, and move it away from you until the string pulls on your balls.
