Stroke with your dominant hand again, but slowly, at about half speed.

Set the bowl of ice water on a chair, replace the ice cubes if necessary.

Straddle the chair facing the back of it, and squat until your balls are just above the water, now use your non-stroking hand to grab and shove your balls into the bowl. Pull them as far away from your body as you can, or until they hit the bottom of the bowl.

Hold that position while stroking at half speed for about 3 minutes. I want your balls to be freezing by the time you're done.
