Switch hands, I want you stroking with the hand you were slapping your balls with.
Stroke for about 2 minutes, and every 3 seconds I want you to flick one of your balls, after 3 more seconds flick the other one. Alternate flicking your balls until the 2 minutes is up. If you flicked either ball more than the other, even it out by slapping your balls 5 times.
Once again, if you edge before you complete the 2 minutes, squeeze your balls until you go soft, then start over.
