Breaking Point Part Two: Downward Spiral
My father, or Walt as I some times call him, said I should use this time to get to know Lyla a little better. He hinted that he might marry her someday. The idea angered me, but before i could say anything he moved on to his usual crap and said that he was concerned about my sleeping habits and my weight gain. I used this opening to subtley ask if I could have some money for some new clothes. He said we could discuss that when he got back but that I should start jogging or something to lose the weight instead. Typical Walt, stingy as always.
