now do 100 strokes as fast as you can.
if you have any other clamps or clothespins put them on your ribs
now take some of the rope you have and at one end tie it around your stomach, by your belly button. it should be very tight. try pushing your stomach out. if it hurts a bit it is tight enough.
if you have any extra rope witch you should have take it and run it under your ass and up your back. if you have enough bring it over your shoulder and tie it tight at your wast so it is like a weggie.
if not pul it up your ass for five minutes as tight as you can.
