you will start out stroking fast then edge and hold 10 sec and rest just 20 sec!
then stroke Slow hold 15 sec rest 30 seconds, no more or less before you stroke again!
then fast stroking hold 20 with rest of 40, 4th hold slow and 25 sec hold rest of 50
5th fast pace with 30 sec hold rest of 60, 6th slow pace 35 sec hold rest of 70 sec
and last edge number 7 fast stroking 40 sec hold! and you are Done for today!
these are of course to be done in one session
NO stroking the rest of day!
Ladies can have rests twice as long starting at 60 sec, then 80... up to 140 sec rest,
because of biological differences.
