Now girlies we will do 3 sets of 15 squats with a 30 rest between each set. Once done note down how comfortable you were if you completed them all, or how many you managed if not.
After that take one minutes rest and then we will do 3 sets of alternating lunges 10 per leg alternating left and right legs. Then 1 minutes rest and the same with side lunges followed after a further minutes rest by backwards lunges. Once done note down your performance in your work books.
Don't forget to ensure you have been and are keeping hydrated while you workout. In fact my lovelies now would be a good time to take a 5 min breather to get a drink of water.
